The Sharks kicked a dead horse and beat the Predators 5-0 to secure a Western Conference Final berth. They move on to face the St. Louis Blues.

The Blues easily defeated the Stars in Game 7 6-1. St. Louis moves to the next round to take on the winner of the Sharks and Predators Game 7. This proves that in fact, the Stars at night are dull and dim whenever they have to be over big old dumb stupid Texas.
