What a way to come back for Toews. After missing the game against Arizona (a game we still won) Toews entered last night having not played well recently and being benched for the ASG because of the flu. And then he put up two goals including the OT winner. Best game out of Toews this month.
Andrew Shaw needs to stop taking stupid penalties. It was bad when he was a fourth liner. Now he’s a reliable first LW and he needs to behave like it.
We need to get more pucks on the net. We won last night after 40 shots. We didn’t score in the first because we had five. There’s a pattern here.
Sorry this is a short one. 2 AM starts here in London mean I don’t stay up to watch the game. Also NHL.TV sucks and they don’t have highlights up as quickly. See you next game when hopefully it’s a reasonable start time.
