I suppose the biggest news isn’t the result of this game, but we’ll get to that. I don’t like the annual throttle back. But it’s become a tradition so we don’t tire our guys out. I guess we have a long late spring ahead of us. Let’s get into it.

Well that was a game. We can’t decide if we want to be on a losing streak or on a winning streak and the second line is still the best in hockey. Panarin continues to be the most dominant rookie in hockey and Shaw continues to be a first liner. Let’s get into it.

Wow. So it’s hard for me to believe I doubted this game. I also wish, like Pat, that we would play Toronto more. They’re our anti-Colorado, they’re a slump buster. Seven goals by seven different players. Let’s get into it.

Well. In a postgame interview, Q called this an “uncharacteristic” loss. I completely agree. I also can’t say this result surprised me. As soon as I found out Panarin was out for this game I knew it was one for the loss column. The Blackhawks need a spark and they haven’t found it.

I could tell after the refs called no goal on what was rightfully a goal that we were losing this game. I just expected a goal out of it. Nope.

I’ve said it before and I will continue to do so until he proves otherwise. You know it’s bad when I’m putting two players who didn’t play yesterday on the three stars list. Because them not playing was better than those who were playing.
